This 6-inch file features a No. 2 cut and safe edges, meaning the edges are uncut and will not damage adjacent surfaces during filing. Constructed from steel with a hard-stamped marking style, it measures 5.91 inches in overall length, 0.26 inches wide, and 0.12 inches tall. The narrow pillar profile makes it well-suited for enlarging slots, squaring up keyways, and working in areas where a standard width file would cause unwanted contact.
