It closes with a 2-way zipper and storm flap, includes elastic cuffs with thumb-loops, elastic ankles, and bound seams throughout. Available in Blue and White, this coverall is sized 4X-Large and is packaged 25 units per case. It is intended for use by technicians, maintenance workers, and safety personnel who need single-use chemical splash and particulate protection on the job.
The WN18-B-92-195-08 is suited for a wide range of industrial and facility maintenance applications. Documented applications include cleanroom preparation and cleaning, body painting and surface inspection, production line support and maintenance, cleaning and maintenance of plant and machinery, fiberglass and resin work, and handling of dry powders and bulk materials. The garment is rated for non-cleanroom ISO class environments, making it appropriate for general industrial and manufacturing facility use rather than controlled-environment semiconductor or pharmaceutical settings.
Designed as a single-use disposable coverall for non-cleanroom industrial environments; part of the Alphatec 1800C Model 195 series for liquid spray and particulate hazard protection.
Coveralls should be donned before entering the work area and inspected for tears or compromised seams prior to use. Always follow the site safety officer or industrial hygienist guidance for the specific chemical or particulate hazard present. Dispose of the garment according to applicable local, state, and federal regulations for the waste type generated during the task. Do not reuse after removal in a contaminated environment.
