The ANSELL WH20-B92-111-06 is a disposable polyethylene coverall engineered for chemical and liquid splash protection in industrial and maintenance environments. Constructed from a microporous laminate fabric weighing 1.86 oz, the garment balances protective barrier performance with reduced heat stress risk during extended wear. A two-way zipper with stormflap closure seals the front, while elastic cuffs and elastic ankles provide secure fit at the extremities. Bound seams reinforce the garment at stress points. Sized at 2X-Large and supplied in cases of 25, these coveralls are suited for licensed trades professionals, industrial maintenance crews, and safety-trained technicians who require reliable single-use protection.
This coverall is appropriate for a wide range of maintenance and industrial applications including clean room preparation, body painting and surface inspection, production line support and maintenance, plant and machine cleaning, fiberglass and resin handling, and powder handling tasks. The garment is rated for Non-Cleanroom ISO Class environments. It is not classified as hazardous protection but provides an enhanced personal barrier against chemical splash and liquid particulate in day-to-day trade and industrial service work.
Designed as a single-use disposable coverall for chemical splash and liquid particulate protection in Non-Cleanroom industrial environments; part of the ANSELL 2000-111 Series.
Donning and doffing of disposable coveralls should follow the facility or site safety protocol to prevent cross-contamination. Inspect the garment for tears or seal failures before each use and discard if compromised. Do not launder or reuse; treat as single-use PPE and dispose of in accordance with applicable local and site waste disposal requirements. Consult applicable OSHA PPE standards and site-specific safety plans for proper selection and use.
