The ANSELL WH20-B92-111-05 is a disposable microporous polyethylene coverall engineered for chemical and liquid splash protection in industrial and maintenance environments. Weighing 1.86 oz per garment, the lightweight microporous laminate fabric provides an enhanced barrier against liquids and particulates while reducing heat stress during extended wear. A two-way zipper with stormflap closure seals the front, while bound seams, elastic cuffs, and elastic ankles create a secure fit that limits particulate ingress at the extremities. Certified to EN 14126 and ASTM F1671, these coveralls resist bloodborne pathogens and meet Type 5-B and Type 6-B classification under CE Category III standards. Each case contains 25 individually sized X-Large garments.
These coveralls are suited for a broad range of industrial and maintenance tasks where single-use chemical and liquid protection is required. Documented applications include clean room cleaning and preparation, body painting and surface inspection, production line support and maintenance, plant and machine cleaning and maintenance, fiberglass and resin applications, and handling of powders and particulate materials. The garment is rated ISO Non-Cleanroom class and is appropriate for environments that require controlled contamination management without full cleanroom classification. The white color allows visual contamination detection during use.
Designed for single-use deployment across general industrial, maintenance, and light chemical handling applications requiring Type 5-B or Type 6-B liquid and particulate protection in non-cleanroom environments.
Donning and doffing should follow site-specific PPE protocols to avoid self-contamination during removal. Inspect each garment for tears or compromised seams before entering the work area. Dispose of used coveralls in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations governing the type of contaminant encountered. These garments are single-use only and must not be laundered or reused.
