The ANSELL WH15-S-92-111-03 is a disposable, chemical-resistant coverall designed for light chemical protection in industrial and hazardous environments. Constructed from SMS (spunbond-meltblown-spunbond) nonwoven fabric at 0.71 oz per square yard, this garment provides a lightweight barrier against particulates, light chemical splashes, and contaminated surfaces. The 2-way zipper with storm flap secures the front closure and helps prevent liquid intrusion at the zipper line. Double elastic cuffs at the wrists and elastic ankles create a more secure fit at the extremities. Licensed HVAC techs, plumbers, electricians, and industrial maintenance crews install and use these coveralls when working in contaminated or chemically active spaces.
The WH15-S-92-111-03 is sized for medium-framed workers and suits a wide range of tasks common to trade and industrial settings. Typical applications include chemical handling, filling and blending of raw materials, transferring liquids and solids, opening and draining pumps, valves, or lines, loading and unloading of process equipment, and raw material sample collection. The stitched seam construction and elastic ankle closures make this garment appropriate for environments rated for light chemical protection. It is sold in cases of 25 units and is intended for single-use disposable service.
Designed for medium-sized workers requiring disposable coverall protection in light chemical and contaminated environments. Part of the Alphatec 1500Plus Model 111 series by ANSELL.
Donning and doffing of chemical-resistant coveralls should follow site-specific PPE protocols and applicable OSHA guidelines for the hazard level present. Inspect the garment for tears, open seams, or zipper defects before entering a hazardous area. Remove the coverall by rolling it inward from the shoulders to contain any surface contamination, and dispose of it in accordance with local regulations for chemically contaminated materials. Do not attempt to launder or reuse this disposable garment.
