The ANSELL WH15-S-92-106-04 is a disposable SMS coverall from the Series 1500-106 line, designed for single-use protective applications across industrial and commercial environments. Constructed from particle-filtering SMS (spunbond-meltblown-spunbond) fabric, the material filters 100% of particles over 3 microns while remaining air and water vapor permeable, reducing heat stress during extended wear. The coverall features a two-way zipper with stormflap closure, elastic cuffs, elastic ankles, and serged seams. It is silicone-free, making it suitable for spray-painting and finishing work. Each unit weighs approximately 1.42 oz of fabric. Licensed trades and industrial maintenance workers are the primary installers and users.
This coverall is rated for a range of non-hazardous and light-hazard applications including inspection work such as picking, checking, and marking; asbestos-related work; handling of powders; and general maintenance tasks. It meets CE Category III, Type 5, and Type 6 classifications as well as EN 1073-2 for radioactive contamination protection. The ISO class rating is Non-Cleanroom. The white color and silicone-free construction make it well suited for spray-painting booths and finishing environments where contamination control is required.
Designed for single-use disposable coverall applications in non-cleanroom industrial, maintenance, and light chemical handling environments where Type 5 and Type 6 protection is required.
Disposable coveralls should be donned before entering the work area and inspected for tears or defects prior to each use. Discard after a single use or immediately upon visible contamination or damage. For asbestos-related work, follow applicable OSHA and local regulatory requirements for PPE selection, donning, doffing, and disposal procedures. Ensure proper respiratory and hand protection is selected in conjunction with this garment as the coverall alone does not provide respiratory or hand coverage.
