The ANSELL WH15-S-92-103-06 is a disposable, chemical resistant coverall from the Alphatec 1500Plus Model 103 series, designed to protect workers from liquid spray and particulate hazards in industrial, chemical, and maintenance environments. Constructed from SMS (spunbond-meltblown-spunbond) nonwoven fabric at 0.7064 ounces per square yard, this white garment offers a lightweight barrier without sacrificing protection. The 2-way zipper with storm flap closure, elastic cuffs with thumb-loops, and elastic ankles provide a secure, contaminant-resistant fit. Each case contains 25 coveralls. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, and industrial service professionals regularly use garments like this when working in chemically hazardous or heavily contaminated spaces.
This coverall is suited for residential and commercial service work where exposure to liquid sprays, particulates, dust, or chemical splash is a concern. Typical applications include remediation work, duct cleaning, crawl space entry, attic insulation removal, chemical plant maintenance, and general industrial servicing. The 2X-Large size accommodates a wider range of body types and allows layering over standard work clothing. The thumb-loop cuffs help keep sleeves in place during overhead or confined-space work, reducing the risk of sleeve rollback and skin exposure.
Part of the ANSELL Alphatec 1500Plus Model 103 series. Designed as a disposable single-use coverall for industrial, chemical, and trade service applications requiring protection from liquid spray and airborne particulates.
Donning and doffing should follow site-specific PPE protocols and applicable OSHA guidelines for chemical protective clothing. Inspect each garment for tears or defects before use and discard any damaged units. Dispose of used coveralls according to local regulations governing contaminated protective equipment. These garments are single-use and must not be laundered or reused after exposure to hazardous materials.
