The ANSELL WH15-S-92-101-06 is a disposable full-body coverall from the Series 1500-101 line, constructed from SMS (spunbond-meltblown-spunbond) nonwoven fabric weighing 1.42 oz per square yard. SMS fabric filters 100% of particles greater than 3 microns, providing a barrier against fine dust, dry particulates, and light liquid splash. The garment features a two-way zipper with stormflap, elastic cuffs, open ankles, and stitched serged seams. It is silicone-free, making it suitable for spray-painting environments where silicone contamination is a concern. Licensed tradespeople, industrial hygienists, and maintenance technicians install and use this coverall as single-use PPE in a range of controlled and general-industry settings.
This coverall is sized 2X-Large and is intended for use in applications including inspection work such as picking, checking, and marking; asbestos-related work; handling of dry powders and particulates; and general facility maintenance. The air- and water-vapor-permeable SMS construction reduces heat stress during extended wear, making it practical for moderate-duration tasks. It is rated ISO Non-Cleanroom class and carries CE Category III, Type 5, and Type 6 ratings along with EN 1073-2 certification, covering protection against infective agents and radioactive contamination in solid particulate form.
Designed as a single-use disposable garment for general industrial, maintenance, and light chemical handling environments rated for ISO Non-Cleanroom applications. Suitable for CE Category III, Type 5 and Type 6 hazard scenarios per the certifications stated by the manufacturer.
This garment is donned and doffed by the end user and does not require installation by a licensed trade. Follow the site safety officer or industrial hygienist guidance for proper donning sequence, including inspecting for tears or seal failures before entering a work area. Dispose of the coverall as contaminated waste in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations for the specific hazard encountered. Do not reuse after exposure to asbestos, hazardous particulates, or biological agents.
