The ANSELL 48-126-9 is a form-fitting, general purpose work glove built for light industrial and assembly tasks. It features a 15-gauge seamless polyester liner that delivers hand comfort and flexibility throughout a shift. The palm and fingers are coated with polyurethane using a dipped process, providing grip and durability on smooth and slightly oily surfaces. The knit cuff keeps the glove seated on the wrist during repetitive motion tasks. At a rated ANSI/ISEA Abrasion Resistance Level 4, these gloves hold up to sustained contact with rough surfaces. Static dissipative construction makes them suitable for use near sensitive electronic components. The glove fits both left and right hands and covers fingers on the front, side, and tip.
These gloves are used across assembly, general handling, packaging, and quality inspection operations in light manufacturing and trade environments. The seamless construction reduces pressure points during prolonged wear, making them practical for technicians and line workers handling small parts. Available in size 9, they are well suited for medium-to-large hand sizes. The wing thumb design reduces stress at a high-wear zone. These are economical, replaceable gloves intended for daily industrial use rather than cut-hazard or chemical-exposure applications.
Designed as a general purpose light industrial work glove suitable for assembly, packaging, quality inspection, and general handling tasks where abrasion resistance and dexterity are both required.
Inspect gloves before each use for coating separation, tears, or compromised seams. Replace immediately if the polyurethane coating shows cracking or peeling, as grip performance degrades with coating wear. These gloves are not rated for cut-hazard, chemical-splash, or high-heat applications — verify the hazard type before deployment. Store away from direct sunlight and solvents to preserve coating integrity.
