The ANSELL 43216110 is a pair of heavy-duty welding gloves from the 43-216 Series, built for MIG and stick welding applications in industrial and trade environments. Constructed from split cowhide leather with a premium leather grade, these gloves provide reliable flame and puncture protection. The gauntlet-style long cuff shields the wrist and lower forearm from spatter and heat. A cotton lining adds comfort during extended wear. Kevlar thread stitching and welted seams reinforce the glove at the highest-stress points, extending service life under demanding conditions. Sized at 2X-Large (mens numeric size 11), they fit both men and women at that size designation.
These gloves are suited for assembly operations, bonding, metalworking, riveting, and welding tasks in fabrication shops, manufacturing facilities, and field welding environments. The gauntlet cuff design is particularly well-suited for overhead or positional welding where spatter exposure is elevated. The lined interior and cowhide construction make them appropriate for prolonged use on production lines or job sites where hand protection and dexterity must be balanced.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and standard-issue welding glove for MIG and stick welding operations requiring gauntlet-cuff hand protection at the 2X-Large size.
Welding gloves should be inspected before each use for cuts, burns, or compromised seams that would reduce protection. Always don gloves before striking an arc or handling hot workpieces. Gloves should be stored away from sharp objects and direct contact with oils or solvents that can degrade leather integrity. Replacement should occur when leather stiffness, holes, or seam separation are present.
