The ANSELL 284068 is a HyFlex 28-406 series industrial glove engineered for tasks that demand dexterity, cut protection, and all-day comfort. The glove features a polyurethane coating applied over a Dyneema, Diamond Technology, Nylon, and Spandex composite lining, delivering ANSI Cut-Resistance Level A3 and ANSI Puncture-Resistance Level 3. Sized at 9 (Large), it is built for general industrial and manufacturing environments where hand protection and tactile sensitivity must coexist. The coated palm style and knit wrist cuff keep the fit secure during repetitive hand movements. This glove is a standard fit for assembly, light fabrication, and material handling applications.
The 28-406 series is intended for light-to-medium industrial work where cut and abrasion resistance are primary hazards. The polyurethane palm coating provides reliable grip on dry and lightly oily surfaces. The glove length ranges from approximately 8.3 inches to 10.4 inches (210 to 265 mm), covering the wrist with the knit cuff closure. The blue colorway and coated palm make it easy to identify and inspect during use. Typical users include assembly technicians, warehouse workers, and general manufacturing personnel who require reliable hand protection without sacrificing finger dexterity.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and standard-fit glove for general industrial hand protection programs requiring ANSI A3 cut resistance and Level 3 puncture resistance in a size 9 polyurethane-coated format.
Gloves should be inspected before each use for coating separation, cuts, or tears that would compromise protection. Replace immediately if lining or coating is damaged. Follow your facility safety program and applicable OSHA hand protection standards when selecting and deploying cut-resistant gloves. Dispose of gloves in accordance with local regulations if contaminated with hazardous materials.
