The ANSELL 206408 is a cut-resistant work glove from the 80-600 series, built for trade and industrial applications where hand protection and dexterity both matter. The shell and lining are constructed from 10-gauge Kevlar, providing ANSI/ISEA Cut Resistance Level A2 and ANSI/ISEA Abrasion Resistance Level 4. The palm and fingertips are dipped in natural rubber latex, creating a textured grip surface that performs on both dry and lightly oily surfaces. The knit cuff offers a secure, comfortable fit. Sold as a pair, this glove is sized for small hands and fits women's X-Small as well.
This glove is suited for general industrial work, light assembly, material handling, and maintenance tasks where cut and abrasion hazards are present. The seamless Kevlar lining reduces interior irritation during extended wear. The latex palm coating handles gripping tasks on irregular or rough surfaces. It is appropriate for residential and commercial service environments where workers handle sheet metal, tubing, conduit, or other edged materials during installation or repair work.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or standard-issue cut-resistant glove for trade professionals requiring ANSI A2 cut protection with a latex-coated palm grip.
Inspect gloves before each use for cuts, punctures, or coating separation that would reduce protection. Do not use latex-coated gloves near open flames or high-heat surfaces, as latex is not rated for thermal protection. Workers with latex allergies should not use this glove. Replace gloves when the coating shows visible wear or the Kevlar shell shows fraying.
