The ANSELL 205747 is a cut-resistant work glove built for trade and industrial environments where hand protection against cuts, punctures, and abrasion is required. The shell is constructed from a 15-gauge blend of Kevlar, Nylon, and Lycra, providing an ANSI/ISEA Cut Resistance Level of A2 and an ANSI/ISEA Abrasion Resistance Level of 4. The palm and fingertips are dip-coated in nitrile for grip and added durability. The seamless lining improves comfort during extended wear. This glove ships as a pair and is sized for X-Large men or Large women.
These gloves are suited for general mechanical work, assembly, light fabrication, and maintenance tasks where cut and abrasion hazards are present. The nitrile palm coating provides reliable grip on dry and lightly oily surfaces, making them practical for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing service work where handling sheet metal, conduit, fittings, or piping is common. The static-dissipative construction is relevant for applications near sensitive electronic components. The knit cuff keeps debris out and stays in place during use.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or standard-stock hand protection option sized X-Large for men and Large for women, suitable for general trade and industrial applications requiring ANSI A2 cut resistance.
Inspect gloves before each use for tears, punctures, or degraded coating. These gloves do not provide arc flash, electrical insulation, or chemical immersion protection and should not be used as a substitute for task-specific PPE where those hazards are present. Replace gloves when the nitrile coating shows significant wear or when the shell material is visibly damaged.
