The ANSELL 11571110 is a cut-resistant work glove rated ANSI/ISEA Cut Level A4, designed for industrial applications where handling sharp parts and maintaining dexterity are both priorities. The shell is constructed from HPPE, carbon, nylon, and spandex, delivering cut resistance while the knit construction allows hand movement. A foam nitrile coating covers the palm and fingertips, providing grip on dry and lightly oily surfaces. The glove carries a static dissipative rating per EN 16350:2014, making it suitable for environments where electrostatic discharge is a concern. Sold as a pair in size X-Large.
This glove is specified for assembly of sharp parts, handling sharp metal sheet metal components, light duty stamping operations, and general maintenance tasks. The straight thumb and full-fingered design suit repetitive gripping tasks on production lines, fabrication shops, and maintenance departments. The foam nitrile dipped coating on the palm and fingertips supports tactile feedback at the contact points without adding bulk across the back of the hand. Industrial gray color is standard for this series.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct procurement glove for industrial cut-protection applications requiring ANSI/ISEA Cut Level A4 and static dissipative performance.
Inspect gloves before each use for cuts, tears, or coating delamination that could compromise cut or ESD protection. Follow your facility lockout/tagout and ESD control procedures before donning gloves for electrical or static-sensitive assembly work. Replace gloves when the foam nitrile coating shows visible wear or separation, as coating integrity is critical to both grip and abrasion performance. Consult your site safety officer if gloves are to be used near open flames or high heat, as the rated maximum use temperature is 104 degrees F.
