The ANSELL 11-250-18-N is a cut- and puncture-resistant protective sleeve designed to guard the forearm and wrist in industrial and trade environments. Built from a seamless blend of Glass, HPPE, Polyamide, Polyester, and Spandex, it delivers layered cut resistance without the bulk of a rigid guard. The sleeve measures 18 inches in overall length and 5.1 inches in width, providing consistent coverage from wrist to mid-forearm. A continuous knit cuff closure keeps the sleeve securely in place during active use. Silicone-free construction makes it suitable for processes where silicone contamination is a concern. The sleeve is washable for repeated use and carries a universal fit designation.
This sleeve is suited for use in automotive, automotive aftermarket, equipment handling, machinery operation, and metal fabrication environments. Technicians and line workers handling sheet metal, glass, sharp components, or abrasive edges benefit from the added forearm protection during repetitive or high-exposure tasks. The universal sizing accommodates a wide range of wearers, and the Velcro adjustable strap allows a secure fit without impeding hand or wrist movement. It pairs with cut-resistant gloves for full hand-and-arm protection in demanding applications.
Designed as an OEM-style protective sleeve for universal fit applications across automotive, machinery, and metal fabrication environments where cut and puncture arm protection is required.
Pull the sleeve over the hand and up the forearm before beginning work, ensuring the knit cuff sits at the wrist and the Velcro strap is secured. Inspect the sleeve for cuts, snags, or worn areas before each use and remove from service if structural integrity is compromised. Follow the employer PPE program and applicable ANSI/ISEA hand and arm protection standards when selecting and using protective sleeves. Launder according to manufacturer care instructions to maintain cut-resistance properties.
