The ANSELL 11-250-16-N is a cut- and puncture-resistant sleeve from the Series 11-250 line, designed to protect the forearms of workers operating in environments where sharp edges, metal burrs, or abrasive surfaces are present. The sleeve measures 16 inches in overall length and 5.1 inches in width, providing forearm coverage without restricting movement. Construction combines Glass, HPPE, Polyamide, Polyester, and Spandex fibers in a seamless knit build that delivers cut resistance alongside flexibility. A continuous knit cuff closure secures the sleeve at the wrist end. The sleeve weighs approximately 1.86 pounds per package and ships in a single-unit package quantity.
This sleeve is suited for use in automotive, automotive aftermarket, equipment handling, machinery operation, and metal fabrication applications. The universal sizing and stretch-compatible fiber blend allow it to fit a wide range of forearm profiles. The seamless construction reduces pressure points during extended wear, making it appropriate for technicians and fabricators working full shifts. It is silicone-free, includes a Velcro adjustable strap, and is washable for repeated use cycles.
Designed as an OEM-style protective sleeve for use across automotive, metal fabrication, machinery, and equipment-handling applications where forearm cut and puncture protection is required.
Protective sleeves of this type are donned and removed by hand with no tools required. Inspect the sleeve before each use for signs of fiber damage, cuts, or worn areas that may compromise cut resistance. Follow the manufacturer washing instructions to maintain fiber integrity over repeated wash cycles. Compliance with applicable ANSI and workplace PPE requirements should be confirmed by a safety officer prior to use.
