The ANSELL 11-250-12-W is a cut and puncture-resistant arm sleeve engineered for trade and industrial environments where hand and forearm protection is required. Built from a seamless blend of Glass, HPPE, Polyamide, Polyester, and Spandex, the sleeve delivers multi-layer cut resistance with a flexible, form-fitting fit. At 12.0 inches in overall length and 5.5 inches in width, it fits a universal arm size and closes with a continuous knit cuff. The silicone-free construction makes it suitable for applications where silicone contamination is a concern, including food processing and electronics-adjacent work. Weighing 1.58 pounds per package, the sleeve is lightweight enough for extended wear without fatigue.
The 11-250-12-W is designed for use across a wide range of industries and job types. Documented applications include automotive, automotive aftermarket, equipment handling, food processing, machinery operation, metal fabrication, utility work, and warehousing. Workers handling sharp-edged sheet metal, glass, or abrasive components will find this sleeve appropriate for their daily tasks. It is worn over the forearm and can be used with or without a separate cut-resistant glove depending on the required protection level.
Designed as a universal-fit cut and puncture-resistant sleeve suitable for a wide range of industrial and trade applications including automotive, food processing, metal fabrication, machinery, utility, and warehousing environments.
This sleeve is donned and doffed by the end user and does not require tools or fasteners. Inspect the sleeve before each use for signs of wear, cuts, or compromised knit that could reduce protection. Follow the employer's PPE program and applicable ANSI/ISEA 105 cut-resistance standards when selecting the appropriate protection level for the task. Launder according to manufacturer care instructions to maintain cut-resistance performance over time.
