The AMTROL EX-60 expansion tank with 1/2" NPT connection is designed to accept expanded water as system temperatures rise, reducing pressure build-up in closed-loop hydronic systems. It improves comfort levels and helps reduce energy costs. Ideal for residential applications with BTU outputs of 75,000 - 200,000. The tank has a heavy-duty Butyl/EPDM diaphragm for long service life.
