The AMTROL 391251 Amtst-70v-c is an ASME diaphragm thermal expansion tank engineered for domestic hot water systems. This 34-gallon unit, featuring a 3/4" FNPT connection, is rated for 150 psig pressure. Constructed from steel with a red oxide primer finish, it effectively manages pressure fluctuations within the system. The tank has a pre-pressure rating of 55 psig and can operate up to a maximum temperature of 200 deg F, protecting water heaters and plumbing fixtures.
