The AMETEK 132525 is an analog process pressure gauge designed for industrial and mechanical system monitoring applications. It features a 6-inch dial with a 0 to 60 psi range, delivering a 0.5% of scale accuracy rating that meets the demands of precise pressure measurement in process environments. The thermoplastic case houses stainless steel wetted parts, making it suitable for use with a variety of media where corrosion resistance is a priority. The lower-mount, 1/2-inch NPT connection allows for direct inline installation. This gauge is installed by licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, pipefitters, and industrial maintenance professionals.
The AMETEK 132525 is suited for residential, commercial, and light industrial process piping systems where reliable analog pressure indication is required. The 6-inch dial provides high visibility in installations where the gauge may be viewed from a distance. The lower-mount NPT connection integrates cleanly into standard pipe assemblies. This gauge belongs to the AMETEK 1931 Series and is a non-liquid-filled design, making it appropriate for dry process gauge applications where fluid dampening is not required.
Designed as an OEM-style process pressure gauge for use in standard 1/2-inch NPT lower-mount installations across residential, commercial, and light industrial piping and HVAC systems.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, pipefitter, or qualified HVAC technician in accordance with applicable local codes and ASME B40.100 gauge installation guidelines. Relieve all system pressure before removing or installing the gauge. Apply an appropriate thread sealant to the NPT threads — do not overtighten, as thermoplastic-case gauges are susceptible to case stress from excessive torque. Verify the gauge pressure range is appropriate for the system operating pressure before returning the system to service.
