The AMETEK 132510 is an analog pressure gauge designed for monitoring system pressure in HVAC, plumbing, and industrial fluid systems. The gauge features a 6-inch dial for easy readout at a distance and a lower-mount 1/2-inch NPT connection for direct installation into pressure taps or manifolds. It reads 0 to 100 psi with an accuracy of 0.5 percent of scale, giving technicians a reliable reading across the full range. The thermoplastic case keeps weight low and resists corrosion in typical service environments. Plumbers, HVAC technicians, and mechanical contractors are the primary installers.
This gauge is suited for residential and light commercial applications where a large, clearly readable dial is required. Common install scenarios include boiler system pressure monitoring, chilled water loops, hydronic heating systems, compressed air lines, and water supply pressure checks. The 6-inch dial size and lower-mount configuration make it practical for panel-mount or pipe-mount installations where the gauge face must be visible from the front. The 0 to 100 psi range covers most low-to-medium pressure service applications in mechanical systems.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation pressure gauge for residential and light commercial mechanical systems requiring a 1/2-inch lower-mount analog gauge with a 6-inch dial.
Installation is performed by licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, or mechanical contractors. Shut off system pressure and bleed down to zero psi before removing any existing gauge or fitting. Apply appropriate thread sealant to the 1/2-inch NPT connection per IPC and IFGC guidelines. Do not over-tighten the gauge fitting, as thermoplastic components can crack under excessive torque.
