The AMERICAN VALVE CONDENSATERX is a condensate neutralizer kit designed to treat acidic condensate produced by high-efficiency condensing boilers and tankless water heaters. High-efficiency appliances generate condensate with a low pH that can damage drain lines, septic systems, and surrounding landscaping if left untreated. The CONDENSATERX uses a blended neutralizing media to raise the pH of that condensate before it reaches the drainage system. The kit includes 1/2-inch FNPT connections with adapters for 1/2-inch hose barb and 3/4-inch PVC socket, covering common residential drain line configurations. Rated for systems up to 220,000 BTU/h and a maximum flow rate of 3.8 gallons per hour.
