The AMERICAN STANDARD ASD-WHB5B-NEOX-220 is a Q-base LED linear high bay fixture engineered for high-output commercial and industrial lighting applications. Available in three wattage configurations — 130W, 160W, and 220W — it delivers a rated efficacy of 200 lumens per watt, making it a high-efficiency replacement for legacy HID and fluorescent high bay systems. The fixture operates on a universal 120-277V input and supports 0-10V dimming for integrated lighting control. Impact resistance is rated at IK10, and the fixture carries UL listing and DLC Premium certification. Electricians and lighting contractors install this unit in facilities requiring robust, long-life overhead illumination.
This fixture is suited for warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing floors, gymnasiums, and large retail spaces where ceiling heights demand high-lumen overhead lighting. The three selectable CCT options — 3500K, 4000K, and 5000K — allow the installer to match the color temperature to the application, whether that is a warm-white warehouse environment or a cool-white production or inspection area. The 0-10V dimming input supports compatibility with occupancy sensors and daylight harvesting controls commonly specified in commercial lighting designs.
Designed as a DLC Premium-listed LED high bay replacement for commercial and industrial facilities operating on 120-277V single-phase electrical systems. Suitable for use with 0-10V compatible dimming controls and lighting management systems.
Installation should be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the NEC and applicable local codes. De-energize the circuit and verify zero voltage at the fixture connection point before beginning any wiring work. Confirm that the branch circuit amperage and conductor sizing are appropriate for the selected wattage configuration prior to installation. The 0-10V dimming leads must be connected to a compatible low-voltage dimming control — do not apply line voltage to the dimming leads.
