The AMERICAN STANDARD BRANDS 9015.101.002 is a chrome pullout kitchen faucet with an integrated soap dispenser, designed for residential kitchen sink installations. The faucet uses a washerless ceramic disc valve that delivers drip-free performance throughout the life of the fixture without requiring periodic maintenance or valve replacement. A flexible pullout spray head extends reach for rinsing and cleanup tasks. Factory-installed flexible supply lines measure 20 inches in length and terminate with 3/8-inch compression connections for straightforward hookup to standard shut-off valves. An extra-long mounting post accommodates counter tops of varying thickness, and a built-in counterweight ensures the hose retracts smoothly after each use. The chrome finish is engineered to resist tarnishing, scratching, and corrosion under normal service conditions.
This faucet is suited for residential kitchen installations where a single-handle pullout configuration is specified. The included soap dispenser mounts alongside the faucet to reduce the number of deck holes required for accessories. The 20-inch factory-installed supply lines with 3/8-inch compression fittings are compatible with standard under-sink shut-off valve configurations commonly found in residential construction. Licensed plumbers and experienced installers will find the extra-long mounting post useful when working with thick stone or solid-surface counter tops that exceed standard deck thickness.
Designed as an OEM-style pullout kitchen faucet replacement or new installation fitting for standard single-hole or three-hole residential kitchen sink decks with 3/8-inch compression shut-off valve connections.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and IPC guidelines. Shut off the water supply at the under-sink valves and relieve line pressure before disconnecting existing supply lines or beginning installation. The 3/8-inch compression connections require no solder or thread sealant, but fittings should be snugged hand-tight and then turned an additional quarter turn with a basin wrench to prevent leaks. Do not overtighten the mounting nut against the deck, as this can crack solid-surface or composite counter top materials.
