    I received the heat exchanger for a Goodman furnance and it came damaged although the shipping box was in perfect condition

    I filled the claim form and emailed support services and they said they were reviewing the claim so I have to wait and hear from them. I will update my review once I hear from them. I expect they will shape out another heat exchanger.

    heat exchanger

    Someone delivered the heat exchanger from their trunk with 0 packaging.The fins were damaged as well. They charged ridiculous shipping fees and said it had to go by truck and it was shipped from Wheeling to Morton Grove. Will not order from Voomi again.
