Product Description

The AMANA DHP123J35BA is a 42-inch packaged terminal air conditioner (PTAC) with heat pump and electric backup heat, designed for through-the-wall installation in residential and commercial applications. Operating on 208 or 230 volt power, it delivers 11,800 to 12,000 BTU/h of cooling with an EER of 10.5 at both voltage ratings. The heat pump provides 10,500 to 10,800 BTU/h of heating capacity, backed by a 3.5 kW electric resistance heat strip that supplies 8,900 to 10,900 BTU/h depending on voltage. The unit uses R32 refrigerant, which carries a lower Global Warming Potential than R410A. A 20 amp power cord is included. Licensed HVAC technicians handle installation and service of this equipment.

The DHP123J35BA fits the standard 42-inch PTAC sleeve opening and is suited for hotels, motels, multi-family housing, assisted living facilities, and similar applications where individual room climate control is required.
