The ALTRONIX CORP NETWAYXTX is an Ethernet repeater designed to extend network runs beyond standard cable-length limitations while passing Power over Ethernet (PoE) and PoE Plus signals downstream. It accepts an incoming PoE or PoE Plus feed and regenerates both the data signal and power budget for the next network segment. This device is suited for security, access control, and IP camera installations where cable runs exceed the standard 328-foot Ethernet limit and a powered downstream device still needs to receive both data and power without an additional power injector.

The NETWAYXTX is used in commercial and residential network infrastructure projects where extending a single Ethernet run is more practical than adding a switch or running new cabling.
