The Allied Moulded Products SB-CBFR is a 4-inch round fan support box designed for use with nonmetallic sheathed cable. This product is suitable for both new and old work residential construction. It has machine tapped fixture holes and includes bolts and nuts for fan mounting. The adjustable mounting plate accommodates additional substrate thickness. It meets fire resistive standards for floors and ceilings. The SB-CBFR supports up to seventy pounds for fans and ninety pounds for fixtures.
