The Allied Moulded Products 1099-NV2 is a 22.5 cubic inch, single gang electrical box designed for use with nonmetallic sheathed cable. It features a polyurethane flange for double drywall offset and machine tapped device holes. Constructed from fiberglass reinforced polyester, this thermoset box offers rigid construction, resisting distortion at high temperatures and shattering at low temperatures. It is suitable for new work residential construction in 2-hour fire resistive walls and ceilings, providing an air-tight seal.
