Installation Notes

Insert replacement is performed by a machinist or tool-room technician with the machine fully stopped and the spindle locked out per facility LOTO procedures. Use the manufacturer-specified insert screw and the appropriate Torx or hex key as required by the holder design. Do not force the insert into the pocket or overtighten the clamping screw.
