A physical vapor deposition (PVD) TiAlN coating increases surface hardness and extends tool life in abrasive cutting conditions. At 0.1875 inches thick, the insert seats into a Seat Size 2 T-A Series holder and is installed by machinists and tool-room technicians on CNC lathes, machining centers, and drill presses.

Installation Notes

Do not use damaged or deformed inserts, as improper seating can cause insert ejection and workpiece damage.
