The ALLIED AIR 1.603371 is a gas electric packaged unit designed for combined heating and cooling in a single cabinet. It delivers 4 tons of nominal cooling capacity with a 14 SEER rating and an 11 EER rating for steady-state efficiency. On the heating side, it provides 108,000 BTU/h input and operates at 81% AFUE. The unit runs on 208/230 volts, single-phase, 60 Hz power and supports horizontal or downflow air discharge configurations. A control board with LED self-diagnostics is built in, simplifying troubleshooting during service calls. Licensed HVAC technicians typically handle installation and commissioning of this equipment.
This packaged unit is suited for residential and light commercial applications where rooftop or ground-level installation is required and interior space for split-system components is not available. The horizontal and downflow air delivery options make it adaptable to slab or rooftop mounting scenarios. With a 1,600 CFM airflow capacity and R-410A refrigerant, it fits standard ducted forced-air systems in moderate climates where a temperature operating range of 40 to 70 degrees F covers the typical cooling design condition. The integrated blower, condenser fan, and exhaust motor are all housed within the factory-assembled steel cabinet.
Designed as an OEM-style gas electric packaged unit for ducted residential and light commercial forced-air systems requiring horizontal or downflow discharge and single-phase 208/230-volt power supply.
Installation must be performed by a licensed HVAC technician in accordance with local mechanical codes, the National Fuel Gas Code (NFPA 54), and the equipment manufacturer instructions. Disconnect all electrical power and shut off the gas supply before beginning any service or installation work. Verify that duct connections, refrigerant line sizing, and gas supply pressure meet the equipment specifications prior to startup. Do not operate the unit outside the rated voltage range without confirming compatibility with the electrical supply.
