The insert is manufactured to Manufacturer Grade C5 (P40) carbide and carries a TiN (titanium nitride) PVD coating that extends cutting life in ferrous applications. At 0.125 inches thickness and a Seat Size 0 designation, this insert fits the corresponding T-A holder seat without modification. Installation is performed by qualified machinists or tool room technicians working with CNC or manual drill press setups.
