It delivers a flow rate of 4.5 lb/min at a 50:1 pump ratio, making it capable of moving heavy grease efficiently through a centralized lube system. The pump body is constructed from steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and nylon components. Air supply connects through a 1/4-inch inlet, and grease exits through a 3/8-inch NPTF female outlet. This unit ships as a complete kit, including hose, control valve, cover, dolly, follower, and swivel fitting.
This pump is sized for use with containers in the 40 to 399.9 lb range and is optimized for 120 lb grease containers. It is a common choice for service bays, maintenance shops, and fleet facilities where a dedicated drum-mounted grease dispensing station is needed. The included dolly and follower plate allow the pump to be mounted directly to a drum and moved between service points. The 7-foot material hose provides adequate reach for most bay configurations without requiring additional fittings.

Installation is performed by lubrication equipment technicians or maintenance mechanics. Before mounting, relieve all air pressure from the supply line and verify the drum is seated on a stable, level surface. Connect shop air to the 1/4-inch inlet and confirm all fittings are thread-sealed before pressurizing. Follow the pump manufacturer's guidelines for priming the follower plate and purging air from the hose before placing the system into service.
