The AIRMASTER 60014 is a portable belt-drive mancooler designed to deliver high-volume airflow in demanding industrial and commercial work environments. Fitted with a 42-inch, 3-blade aluminum propeller inside a 45-inch by 15-inch barrel, this unit moves up to 14000 CFM at 540 RPM. Power comes from a 1 HP open drip-proof motor running on 115 VAC single-phase power with 2-speed operation controlled by a rocker switch. The steel housing is formed from 20-gauge roll-form steel with an epoxy coating for durability. This unit ships fully assembled and is suited for installation by HVAC technicians, industrial maintenance crews, and facilities personnel.
The AIRMASTER 60014 is built for spot cooling in warehouses, manufacturing floors, loading docks, garages, and other large open spaces where workers are exposed to heat stress. The portable design allows repositioning as work zones shift. Two-speed operation lets the operator balance airflow volume against noise level depending on the environment. The SJT-3 conductor power cord provides a direct plug-in connection, minimizing setup time on the job.
Designed as a portable spot-cooling unit for industrial and commercial applications requiring high-volume, belt-driven airflow delivery in open or semi-open spaces.
Placement and initial power connection should be handled by a qualified electrician or experienced maintenance technician. Verify the supply circuit is rated for the unit's amperage draw before plugging in. Position the unit on a stable, level surface and ensure the power cord is routed away from foot traffic. Always disconnect power before adjusting the fan position or performing any service on the motor or guards.
