Product Description

Airgas CD FG10 is a food-grade carbon dioxide cylinder supplied in a 40 high-pressure steel cylinder with a CGA 320 washer connection. The nonflammable, colorless, odorless gas is used in Modified Atmospheric Packaging for cheese, meat, poultry, and prepared foods and can function as a refrigeration gas in chilling and freezing systems. Major hazards include suffocation and high pressure. Cylinder conforms to DOT 3AA specifications.
