Product Description

The AIREX TA14251 is a 14 x 25 x 1 inch disposable fiberglass panel air filter designed for residential and light commercial air conditioning and HVAC systems. It uses Polystrand fiberglass media, a continuous-strand material encapsulated in a polymer coating that produces a high-loft filtration layer. Fibers are loosely spun on the air-entering side and progressively woven tighter toward the air-exiting side, creating a graduated density structure. This design increases dust-holding capacity, reduces surface loading, and adds structural strength. The filter carries a MER Value of 4 to 5 and is rated for continuous operation up to 180 degrees F.
