The AG MANUFACTURING 226 is a 7-mil PVC electrical tape engineered for insulating, bundling, and color-coding electrical wiring and connections. At 0.75 inches wide and 60 feet long per roll, it delivers a solid amount of tape per spool for general electrical work. The white color makes it useful for phase identification, labeling runs, or maintaining visual separation in multi-conductor installations. Its PVC construction provides reliable dielectric properties suited to low-voltage wiring tasks encountered in residential and light commercial electrical work.
This tape is appropriate for use on wire splices, terminal insulation, conduit bundling, and color-coding applications in panel work, device wiring, and rough-in stages. Electricians and maintenance technicians reach for white electrical tape when color-coding secondary conductors or identifying specific circuits in accordance with standard color-marking practices. The 60-foot roll length makes it practical for both service calls and larger installations where multiple rolls would otherwise be needed.
Designed as a general-purpose PVC electrical tape suitable for standard low-voltage wire insulation, bundling, and color-coding applications in residential and light commercial electrical installations.
Installation should be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with applicable NEC requirements. De-energize all circuits before applying tape to conductors or splices. Stretch the tape slightly during application to ensure a snug, void-free wrap, and overlap each pass by at least half the tape width for reliable insulation coverage. Do not use this tape as the sole insulation on splices that require a listed wire connector or splice cap.
