Aeroflex 204-AC1238 is a flexible EPDM pipe insulation tube designed for HVAC and refrigeration applications. The unslit, closed-cell Aerocel AC tube has a nominal 1/2 in inside diameter, 3/8 in wall thickness and a 6 ft length, with thermal conductivity 0.245 W/m K and R-value 1.53. It is plenum rated, resists moisture and UV, and is rated for -297 to 300 F with low flame spread and smoke developed indices.

  • Closed-cell EPDM construction; nominal 1/2 in ID, 3/8 in wall, 6 ft length; unslit tube form.
  • Thermal conductivity 0.245 W/m K and R-value 1.53 for thermal insulation and condensation control.
  • Plenum rated, resists moisture and UV; operating temperature range -297 to 300 F; flame spread <=25 and smoke developed index 50.
