The AEGIS 90351230 Whizweld® BRANCHLET™ welding outlet features a beveled design for easy, one-pass welds with automatic equipment. Its inside diameter ensures unobstructed welding cone fit. Designed to save installers time and material, the Branchlet is qualified for welding on thin wall flow pipe and industry standard pipe schedules 10 and 40.

• Reduces weld material needed with the Whizweld bevel design.
• UL Listed in accordance to UL 213B with qualifying tests up to 1500psi.
• FM Approved in accordance to FM Class 1920 with qualifying tests up to 1200psi.

Product Highlights

Precision manufactured from highly weldable carbon steel with automated equipment. Shot blasted and coated with a smokeless rust inhibitor. Fully traceable with identifying marks and lot number.
