The ADVANCED CABLE TIES 1-2-N-100 is a natural-finish, adhesive-backed cable tie mounting base designed to anchor and stabilize wiring bundles, cable runs, and hose groups on a wide variety of surfaces. Molded from nylon 6/6, the base measures 0.75 inches x 0.75 inches and accepts cable ties rated for 18 to 50 pounds of tensile load. The integrated adhesive backing bonds to clean, dry surfaces without fasteners, making installation fast and clean. Licensed electricians, panel technicians, and low-voltage installers commonly deploy these bases wherever bundled conductors need a fixed anchor point.
These mounting bases are suited for both indoor and outdoor cable management applications. They attach to metal enclosures, plastic panels, glass, painted drywall, and similar smooth surfaces. Common use cases include organizing wiring runs along wall studs, securing harnesses inside electrical cabinets, routing hose bundles in mechanical rooms, and tidying signal cables beneath desks or along ceiling structures. The natural color finish blends with light-colored surfaces and does not interfere with UV-stabilized cable tie performance in outdoor settings.
Designed for use with standard cable ties in the 18 to 50 pound tensile range. Functions as an OEM-style adhesive mounting base for general cable management applications across residential, commercial, and light industrial wiring installations.
De-energize all circuits and shut off relevant power sources before routing or securing cable bundles. Clean the mounting surface thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol and allow it to dry completely before pressing the adhesive base firmly in place. Allow adequate dwell time for the adhesive to cure before loading the base with a cable tie and bundle. Installation should conform to applicable NEC bundling and support-spacing requirements for the cable type being managed.
