Advance VH1B13TPWI is a single-lamp magnetic fluorescent ballast rated for 13 W and designed for 277 V operation. It uses a preheat starting circuit with high power factor and provides 24 W input power at 60 Hz with 0.10 A input current. The ballast factor is 0.99, total harmonic distortion up to 30%, minimum starting temperature -18 C, and it is approved to UL 935 and CSA 22.2.
