The ADVANCED DISTRIBUTOR PRODUCTS he32136a170a0000s is an uncased A-coil designed for use in residential split-system air conditioning applications. Rated at 3 tons and measuring 17 inches wide, this right-hand-oriented coil supports upflow and downflow configurations, making it adaptable to a variety of furnace and air handler installations. The coil uses a piston metering device and is charged with R-410A refrigerant. Built-in plenum flanges with rounded corners simplify duct connection, while the front panel design limits screw access points and keeps refrigerant lines non-captive for faster coil service.
This coil is suited for residential forced-air HVAC systems where the installer requires an uncased evaporator coil for integration into an existing or custom coil cabinet. The right-hand orientation and 17-inch width are selected to match specific furnace footprints and cabinet configurations. Upflow and downflow compatibility gives HVAC technicians flexibility when working with different furnace orientations during new construction or equipment replacement projects.
Designed as an OEM-style uncased evaporator A-coil replacement for residential split-system air conditioning equipment requiring a right-hand, 3-ton, 17-inch-wide upflow or downflow coil with R-410A refrigerant and piston metering.
Installation should be performed by a licensed HVAC technician holding the appropriate EPA Section 608 refrigerant handling certification. Shut down and isolate the refrigerant system and disconnect electrical power to all associated equipment before beginning coil removal or installation. Follow local mechanical codes and manufacturer guidelines for refrigerant line connections, drain pan positioning, and plenum sealing. Do not pressurize or charge the system until all connections have been leak-tested and the system has been properly evacuated.
