The ADP HE31130A155A000059 is an uncased slab evaporator coil designed for residential air conditioning and heat pump systems. Rated at 30,000 BTU/h and sized for 1.5 to 2.5 nominal tons, it delivers up to 1,000 CFM of conditioned airflow through a high-efficiency lanced fin design. The coil features a copper slab construction inside a galvanized steel cabinet and comes equipped with a piston metering device. It is compatible with R-410A refrigerant and configured for right-hand drain applications. Licensed HVAC technicians install this coil as the indoor heat-exchange component in split-system air conditioner and heat pump installations.
This coil is suited for residential split-system applications where an uncased coil is required to fit within a field-supplied or existing air handler cabinet. The right-hand drain orientation positions the condensate outlet on the right side for proper drainage routing in the intended installation layout. The piston metering device supports standard refrigerant flow control, and threaded expansion valves are available factory-installed or as a field-installed kit for conversions requiring a TXV. The coil ships with non-captive refrigerant lines with long stubs to simplify field brazing connections.
Rated for use with R-410A refrigerant in residential split-system air conditioners and heat pumps. Designed as an OEM-style uncased replacement evaporator coil for 1.5 to 2.5 ton split-system installations requiring a right-hand drain configuration. Line connections are 3/4-inch x 3/8-inch.
Installation must be performed by a licensed HVAC technician in accordance with applicable local mechanical codes and manufacturer instructions. Disconnect and lock out all electrical power and recover system refrigerant before removing or installing an evaporator coil. Copper refrigerant stubs are designed for field brazing; use nitrogen purge during brazing to prevent internal oxidation. Verify drain pan slope and condensate line continuity before returning the system to service.
