The ADVANCED DISTRIBUTOR PRODUCTS ha14148a200a0000s is an uncased evaporator A-coil designed for residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Rated at 4 tons and built for use with R-410A refrigerant, this right-hand-oriented coil supports upflow and downflow configurations, making it adaptable to a range of air handler and furnace setups. At 20 inches wide, it fits into standard platform and furnace installations where coil width is a critical sizing factor. Metering is handled by a piston-type metering device. The uncased design gives installers flexibility to fit the coil into existing or custom plenums. Licensed HVAC technicians handling refrigerant and coil installation work are the primary audience for this component.
This coil is suited for residential split-system cooling installations and light commercial applications where upflow or downflow air movement is required. The right-hand orientation determines the direction of refrigerant line connections relative to the coil body, which must be confirmed against the air handler or furnace layout before ordering. The 20-inch width and uncased design make this coil appropriate for installations where a cased coil would not fit or where the installer is building a custom coil cabinet or plenum enclosure.
Designed as an OEM-style uncased evaporator A-coil for use in residential and light commercial split-system HVAC installations requiring a 4-ton, 20-inch-wide, right-hand, upflow or downflow coil with R-410A refrigerant and piston metering.
Installation must be performed by a licensed HVAC technician certified to handle R-410A refrigerant under EPA Section 608 requirements. Disconnect and lock out electrical power to the air handler or furnace before coil installation or refrigerant line connection. Confirm right-hand orientation and coil width against the existing plenum or air handler dimensions before installation. All refrigerant connections must be leak-tested and the system evacuated to the manufacturer-specified vacuum level before charging.
