Product Description
Adcraft 21424 is a 36-inch, two-lead thermopile that produces 250â750 mV for use in gas safety and control systems. The assembly converts flame heat into a millivolt signal and is intended for installation in pilot or burner areas of fryers, griddles, and gas steam generators. It is a direct replacement for Robertshaw 1950-53B and fits multiple commercial cooking equipment models.
