Product Description

Acuity Brands TC20R is a 5 in remodel non-IC recessed housing for incandescent lamps up to 85 W, designed for installations where the backside of the ceiling is not accessible. The aluminum ceiling-mount housing operates at 120 VAC and is intended for use with 5 in trim in recessed residential, damp and wet locations. The housing is thermally protected and UL/cUL/CSA certified for through branch wiring.

  • Non-IC remodel housing; requires insulation pulled back at least 3 in from housing; secures with factory-installed remodel springs
  • 120 VAC operation for one incandescent lamp up to 85 W; medium base porcelain socket with nickel plated copper screw shell; compatible with A19, BR30, PAR20, PAR30, PAR30L, R20
  • Aluminum construction with pre-wired junction box (five 1/2 in knockouts, four non-metallic sheathed cable connectors, ground); UL Listed and CSA Certified; suitable for damp and wet locations
