Reamer wings bore cleanly through the wood layer and snap off automatically when they contact metal, allowing the screw to seat flush. A shank slot captures steel shavings and improves drilling action throughout the drive cycle. All screws carry a dacro coating rated to 1,000 hours of salt spray exposure for corrosion resistance in harsh environments.

These screws are sized at 2.5 inches in length and are designed for applications where wood panels or framing meet a steel or aluminum substrate.
