The ACIQ es-27z-m4c / aciq-06w-hh-md / aciq-12w-hh-md-2 is a 3-zone ductless mini split heat pump system rated at 27,000 BTU/h with a 25 SEER2 efficiency rating. The system operates on 230 volts and uses R454B refrigerant, a lower-GWP alternative to R410A. It includes one multi-zone outdoor condenser paired with one 6,000 BTU wall mount air handler and two 12,000 BTU wall mount air handlers, delivering simultaneous heating and cooling across three independent zones. Licensed HVAC technicians install and commission this system.
This system is designed for residential or light commercial applications where three separate spaces require independent climate control without ductwork. Typical installations include multi-room homes, condominiums, offices, or additions where running new duct runs is impractical. The wall mount indoor units provide both heating and cooling in each zone. The R454B refrigerant charge and the 25 SEER2 rating position this system to meet current regional efficiency standards applicable in many U.S. jurisdictions.
Designed as a matched system: outdoor condenser model es-27z-m4c paired with indoor wall mount units aciq-06w-hh-md and aciq-12w-hh-md-2. Install only with compatible ACIQ multi-zone components as specified by the manufacturer.
Installation must be performed by an EPA Section 608 certified HVAC technician licensed to handle refrigerants, including R454B. Disconnect and lock out all electrical power to the installation site before wiring or mounting any components. Line set sizing, refrigerant charge, and electrical disconnect requirements must conform to the equipment installation manual and applicable local codes, including NEC guidelines for dedicated HVAC circuits. Do not mix refrigerant types or attempt field refrigerant charging without proper recovery and evacuation equipment.
