The ACI 107675 is a partially insulated crimp wire ferrule designed to terminate stranded copper conductors cleanly and securely in terminal blocks, switchgear, and control panel wiring. Sized for 6 AWG (16 sq mm) wire, it features a 12mm pin length and 22.2mm overall length with a 6.2mm pin diameter. The green insulation collar provides visual identification for quick circuit verification during installation and inspection. Electricians and panel builders use these ferrules to prevent conductor fraying, reduce contact resistance, and ensure consistent termination quality across multi-wire assemblies. These are individual ferrules sold in multiples of 100.
This ferrule is suited for residential and commercial electrical panel work, industrial control cabinets, automation enclosures, and any application requiring reliable crimp terminations on 6 AWG stranded wire. Common install scenarios include DIN-rail terminal block wiring, PLC input and output wiring, and motor control center assemblies where conductor integrity and organized wire management are required by spec or inspection standard.
Designed for use with 6 AWG (16 sq mm) stranded wire terminations in screw-clamp and spring-clamp terminal blocks that accept crimp ferrules. Consult terminal block manufacturer specifications to confirm minimum and maximum wire entry dimensions before installation.
Installation is performed by licensed electricians or qualified panel builders in accordance with NEC requirements for conductor terminations. De-energize and lock out the circuit before terminating any conductors. Use a calibrated ratchet crimp tool rated for the ferrule size to achieve a consistent, gas-tight crimp. Do not use pliers or uncalibrated tools in place of a proper ferrule crimper, as improper crimps can result in high-resistance connections or conductor pull-out.
